What is the MOQ for your product?
If you need our existing water flosser or household appliances products, the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. If you want to customize the box, color and brush head, the minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces
Is OEM/ODM available?
Yes, it’s available. The OEM MOQ is 2000pcs. For details, please kindly contact us .
When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
How do we place an order?
Please submit form or kindly send us an email specifying the item, quantity, color or other specification to place an order.
How do we make the payment?
We accept Paypal, Western Union, TT. Please do only pay to the official account authorized by Raldmoyer.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery lead time is normally 7-15 working days for in-stock, 30-45 days for OEM/ODM.
How would the goods be shipped?
We ship via DHL, UPS, TNT normally.
What's the warranty for the purchased items?
Raldmoyer All product come with 2 years warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
